In this episode Francie and Steve cover some important ideas and exercises to consider when you’re looking for a romantic relationship. They talk about ways to prepare yourself to love and be loved, to make mindful decisions about the sort of person who will be a compatible partner for you, and to know your own qualities and strengths so you can enter a relationship with confidence in your ability to be an equal partner.
